Hercules Assets is a sector-agnostic private investment firm which seeks above-market returns through value creation. We invest in asset classes including: private equity, private debt, commercial real estate (especially hospitality-related), project finance and joint-ventures. We do not invest in cryptocurrency or early-stage startups.

We add value as an investor by syndicating capital for future financings through our network, and our investment size per project generally ranges from $3 million to $10 million USD.

We also have operational experience in certain sectors such as luxury goods and services, hospitality and IT outsourcing.

We are open to considering investments in all regions and countries, with a preference for North America, UK, Australia, the Gulf region, and the South Asia region.
